so cute! i saw these scarves at the dollar store the other day when i went, and was trying to figure out what i could do with them, but i couldn't think of anything! now i've got an great idea! thanks!! i am definitely going to be heading back to get me some so that i can make these!!!
i'm so bummed! i went to the dollar store tonight, and all of the pink and brown scarves were gone!! (they had some 3 days ago when i went!) looks like someone beat me to the punch! although, i did get some other cute colors. :)
These are great! I made a trip to the Dollar Tree this morning, and I made my 1st pair. I'll be heading back to the Dollar Tree tomorrow to pick up more scarves. These will be perfect baby gifts! My 3 month old is too cute wearing them right now...and I love that they'll last for a LONG time as she grows. There aren't many things that fit now and in a few years too! ~Kirsten
What a great idea!

ReplyDeleteGreat idea! I need to make these for my twins. They're running and falling everywhere!
ReplyDeleteShe had me until she said "serge". Dang. They're cute though!
ReplyDeleteWhat you could do if you don't have a serger is just run along the edge with a zig-zag stitch with your sewing machine instead. Works great!
ReplyDeleteVery Cute.
