Make a personalized gift for the graduate in your life with this quick and easy DIY Graduation Photo Collage. Seriously, it is so easy and inexpensive; this photo gift took me about an hour to make start to finish. My kids had fun helping create this with me. too; they did some cutting and gluing. I am not brave enough to hand over the spray paint yet so, I did that job…
-a long picture frame
-spray paint matching the graduates school colors
-a bunch of pictures printed in wallet size of your graduate (I got mine off her Facebook page)
-Graduation year cut out of white copy paper
-Graduation year cut out of color copy paper matching the spray paint (make bigger than the white copy)
-double-sided adhesive & scissors
Step 1: Take the frame apart and spray paint it.
Step 2: Cut the black cardboard the size of your frame and adhere it to the backing of your frame.
Step 3: Adhere the colored paper graduation year to the cardboard. Remember this is cut bigger to fit around the other numbers. I cut mine with an electronic craft cutter.
Step 5: Adhere you once-white numbers to the colored numbers and reassemble your frame.
I hope my graduate likes this little gift. My girls and I had fun making it. We made each number to represent something about her senior year: cheerleading, friends, dances, portraits. I tried to make it special and thoughtful.
