DIY Burlap Polka Dot Tray

I can’t wait to show you what I did with my new Michael’s Crafty Cuts fabric!!

I’ve always had a thing for burlap, especially when it’s used with white or linen. My turquoise entry way table needed something and this idea came to mind…

Burlap Polka Dot Tray Tutorial

Supplies:

Michael’s Crafty Cuts Burlap

white craft paint

naked wooden tray – scored this at Michael’s for $4.99

sponge daubers

spray adhesive

When I started using the burlap I was shocked that it wasn’t coming apart!! I looked closer and noticed it was “laminated” – are you kidding me?…a non-messy burlap to craft with?! Happy day.

Directions:

1. Paint the tray any color your heart desires with acrylic paint.

2. Cut the burlap to size and adhere with spray adhesive.

3. Grab your paint dauber and start painting dots!! Let dry.
