Hello, Hello! I am excited to be here today sharing this adorable Alphabet Block Snowman craft with you. The Christmas season is my absolute favorite time of year. We love celebrating by creating fun projects with our kids like these snowman blocks that they can play with or use as a decoration.
These snowmen are quick, fun and easy to make. Let me show you how…
First, you will need to gather a few alphabet blocks. Maybe you have some lying around the house? I found these ones at a local thrift store but you could also look for them at the toy store. Or simply cut 2″x2″ blocks from wood purchased at the hardware store.
Paint the blocks white using acrylic paint. You need at least three blocks for each snowman.
Using acrylic paint add snowman features to one block and three black buttons to another. Seal the blocks with a varathane sealer to add durability.
Now have fun stacking and moving blocks and the snowman about. Add a scarf with a bit of scrap fabric, add a little top hat or toque, add stick arms with a bit of hot glue. You can truly customize each snowman however you want. The possibilities are endless!

I love these! Can I ask what you used for the cheeks? It looks a little like pastel? I think I will be making some of these for Christmas 🙂
