Mini Wreath Christmas Ornaments

Mini Wreath Ornament Tutorials by U CreateEvery year I always say that my favorite time to craft and blog is around the holidays.  I also think that Christmas ornaments are one of the most fun things to create on this planet. Maybe it’s because they’re small and you get that instant gratification, or you can make so many in a little amount of time?

As I was wandering around Michaels Craft Store I found those mini grapevine wreaths that are about 40 cents a piece. An instant idea formed…turn them into mini wreath ornaments! We see so many beautiful wreaths on front doors, displayed in frames or on mirrors, and I thought why couldn’t we shrink them down and make mini versions for a Christmas tree?

I thought I’d share three different ways to turn them into ornaments. Let’s start with the…

MINI ORNAMENT WREATH TUTORIAL

Mini Wreath Ornament Tutorial by U CreateSupplies

  • mini bulb ornaments
  • glue gun
  • mini grapevine wreath
  • ribbon
  • optional (small word ornament for center)

Mini Ornament Tutorial SuppliesDirections

  1. Simply glue the mini ornaments around the grapevine wreath.
  2. Glue your center “word” ornament in the middle.
  3. Attach pretty ribbon and hang on your tree!

MINI BERRY WREATH ORNAMENT TUTORIAL

Grapevine-Wreath-OrnamentSupplies:

  • mini grapevine wreath
  • mini berries (have fun with any color you’d like)
  • optional mini word ornament
  • glue gun
  • ribbon

I found these mini silver berries in the Christmas tree picks section in Michaels for about one dollar! Grapevine Wreath Ornament Tutorial u-createcrafts.comDirections:

  1. Cut the berry branches and slightly bend to form a circle on your wreath.
  2. Glue on the berries around the wreath and your mini word ornament in the center with your glue gun.
  3. Attach ribbon and it’s ready to hang on your tree!

GRAPEVINE PHOTO ORNAMENT TUTORIAL
Grapevine Photo Ornament Tutorial by U CreateSupplies:

  • mini grapevine wreath
  • spray paint
  • photo or copy of photo
  • ribbon
  • glue gun or glue dots

Directions:

  1. I started with spray painting my wreath white. Let completely dry.
  2. Measure your photo to size of the wreath and cut to fit.
  3. Glue photo onto back and hang with ribbon!

Enjoy your new Christmas ornaments! They make great gifts and they’re fun to tie on a Christmas package, too!
