Washi Tape Treat Stick Tutorial

We love our washi tape…who doesn’t?  That stuff is remarkable.  I am always amazed what you amazing crafters do with it.  Check out what we did to spruce up some paper treat sticks.

DIY Washi Tape Treat Sticks - so simple!!

This is a great way to add color to your treats and spice up a plain white stick. It’s so simple, inexpensive and CUTE!

Step 1- Place the stick in the middle of the tape and cut the tape the length of stick.  I used Pick Your Plum Washi Tape because it adhered to the sticks the best.

Step 2- Press down one side of the tape to the stick, making it smooth and flat!

Step 3- Press down the other side of the washi tape and smooth down the seam really well.

Step 4- Add your marshmallow, decorate, and enjoy!  Now you can add that extra detail to your party. There’s a wide variety of washi tape available to match any party decor.
