Today I want to share something fun for the kids! Print out some activity pages and create a simple way to entertain the kids while they’re waiting for the turkey to be done!! It’s a simple DIY project that the kids can put together.SUPPLIES:
- Two pieces of cardstock paper – I used 1 white and 1 kraft.
- Free Download – Thanksgiving Activity Book
- Twine/ribbon
- Hole Punch
- Pencil or/and Crayons
- Printer (I use Canon’s PIXMA iP8720)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Print out the cover on kraft paper (you can use white, too)!
2. Print out the Scramble and Tic Tac Toe page – next print out the draw the turkey and thankful for page on the reverse side.
3. Fold in half to create a book.
4. Punch 2-3 holes and tie with twine and attach pen, pencil, or crayons!
And have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
If you use this printable for your Thanksgiving celebration we would love to see what the kids create. Tag us on Instagram @ucreateblog or share it on our Facebook page.

Hi Kari,
Thanks so much for creating this! I live overseas and we’re having a collaborative Thanksgiving with many couples and children, so I made about 12 books. One thing – you mentioned 2 pcs white paper, but you actually only need one per book, since it’s printed double-sided.
Thanks so much for creating this and making it available!
Happy Thanksgiving,
Laurie
Thanks a lot for sharing 🙂
