GREAT idea! I have a fabric addiction too, and I can’t even sew–I justify the addicition by telling myseld that “one day soon” I’ll learn to sew…that day hasn’t arrived yet!

Thanks for sharing another lovely project!

I love this idea. So simple, but it would make a dramatic difference.

Just what I needed!!! I am trying to organize my sewing room (which is also our home office AND kids play room. AND it’s the size of a bathroom.)
Thank you! I am buying some foam board today!!

Wait….you don’t just throw your unfolded fabric into a basket to get all balled up and wrinkly, making it impossible to see what you even own? Hmmm. Maybe I’m doing it wrong.

My question is what do you do with your smaller pieces. I have everything in tubs by color, and do lots of applique so dont throw away much. So do you have the bolts for larger pieces and then tubs for smaller pieces?

Great question Paula! I usually put smaller scraps in tubs too, but I like your idea of doing the tubs by color! Mine are a mess in one bin!
