DIY Kids Pocket T-Shirt

It’s Refashion maven – Megan from BrassyApple.com! This quick fat quarter t-shirt refashion for my kids prompted my little guy to say, “OH cool! I’m going to wear this everyday!“

Supplies: T-shirt, Fat Quarter, Scissors, Sewing Machine, Straight Pins, 1 piece of Printer Paper.
Let me walk you through it in a few easy steps! Just click play and you can create along with me! It’s that’s fast and simple…

Simple right? With the extra fabric you can add a few fun details to finish it off like I mentioned in the video.
Think about the sleeves…
And the middle back of the shirt…
Love that pocket right? Now they can keep track of their own treasures. Just be sure to check the “pocket” of the tee before you wash it – wink!

If you give it a try tag me – @brassyapple – so I can see it or send it my way!
Your kids may jump for joy too in their new shirt!

LOVE how this turns a boring old tee into a cool shirt the kids love! Thanks so much for sharing this Megan – your videos are always great, too!
