I saw a system like this on another blog but don’t have the space for something that big — I love the way the mini bolts look and it’s something I think I could actually pull off…now I just need to find a shelf/shelves in my studio to make it work!!!

That is gorgeous! But I wonder how she stores the smaller pieces that won’t fit on a bolt. That’s the part I need help with…

I spent months for cowboy fabric for my grandsons room! Here you are with a catagory of cowboy fabrics! So glad I found you…not even going to mention the oilcloth.

Hi!! Thanks for the sweet comments about my fabric storage!! To Michelle, you can get your boards in half to accommodate smaller cuts of fabric, fat quarters, etc!! Easy peasy!!

    XOXO,
    Mags

Um, this is amazing organization. We would love to personally label those boxes at the bottom, too!

    OMG! she’s really organized!
I’m kind of envious, too. I’m everything but organized!
I have all my fabrics in boxes, which makes it really difficult to look for them, and to actually remember what I have.
Organizing fabric in a bookshelf is a great idea. This way you have your fabrics visible, and is one more way to get your inspiration flow turned on 24/7.

Thank you for this inspiration. I just finished creating my ‘mini-bolts’ last night…and I should have purchased 2 sets of boards!!!

    It’s GORGEOUS!
